Veteran tours of Vietnam - features:
Australian and New Zealand war veterans are always welcome in our country. For our Vietnam military tours, we recognise the importance of understanding the significance of the operations that took place during the war.
We value in-depth knowledge of the various areas of operations, such as the battle of Long Tan, so we use specialist English-speaking local guides for each area you wish to visit. Wherever feasible, we endeavour to locate Vietnamese veterans and civilians with first-hand knowledge of relevant wartime events.

Our Vietnam military tours start from Ho Chi Minh City with ....
... a drive to Vung Tau, visiting battle sites such as the Long Tan Cross, the Horseshoe and the Long Phuoc Tunnels en-route, and after lunch, Nui Dat (SAS Hill) and the Ba Ria Orphanage.
We alwaysl try to find some of the local Vietnam veterans who fought in the remarkable battle of Long Tan. Although extensively documented by the survivors of Australia's heaviest engagement of the war, little is known of the Viet Cong's actions and ultimate defeat at the hands of a heavily outnumbered enemy.
Our clients find that bringing the former protagonists together with a good interpreter and plenty of rice wine is an unforgettable experience for both sides!
The following day takes you to visit Long Hai town and the sites in the Long Hai area of operations - Phuoc Hai and Dat Do (Red Soil).
After a leisurely breakfast, you’ll set off to return to Ho Chi Minh City visiting Long Dien town and the War museum in Dong Nai, with lunch en-route
