Highlights
of our Thailand holiday:
Our tailor-made Thailand vacation includes Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Golden Triangle, tropical beaches and islands.
Our
Thailand holidays begin with ...
... three days
in and around Bangkok. When you arrive in Bangkok airport, one of
our staff will be waiting to greet you and whisk you off to
relax in your hotel. Later we will welcome you to Thailand with some fine dining on an evening cruise of the Chao Phraya River.
Acquaint yourself with the city in the morning, and later your
guide will arrive to show you the sights of Bangkok
- the Royal Palace
and Emerald Buddha, Wat Pho with its famous reclining Buddha, housed in Thailand's oldest and largest temple, and the golden Buddha of Wat Traimit.
The following day will see you heading out of the bustling mayhem of traffic to the peaceful
countryside pavilions of the Summer Palace, a visual blending of Thai, Chinese, Italian and Victorian architectural styles, formerly used by the monarchy as a retreat from the stresses of rulership. You will also visit the grand historical ruins of the old capital of Thailand, Ayuthaya, dating from the fourteenth century, after which you will get waterborne again for a gentle cruise, which will give you a chance to enjoy the beautiful scenery, passing by a floating village and absorbing the pace of river life on your leisurely return to the Pier in Bangkok.
