Terms and Conditions
- The prize is a Digital SLR Nikkon D60 Camera.
- The competition promoter is Haivenu UK Ltd., hereafter the Company. The judge is the Managing Director of the Company. The judge's decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Entry is open for visitors of the Destination Show London 2009 and the Destination Show Birmingham 2009. Participants must be 18 years old or older. All the Company's employees and their immediate relatives are not entitled to enter this competition.
- The draw will take place at the Company's Office premises at No. 17 Undercliff Road West , Felixstowe, Suffolk on March 4th 2009.
- The winner will be contacted by email and/or telephone. The Company reserves the right to announce the name of the winner on the Company's website and/or in the Company's News Letter.
- No compensation will be payable to the winner if he or she is unable to use or refuses the prize as stated for wherever reason. In such circumstances, it will be forfeited and another competitor will be drawn to take his or her place.
- Participation in this competition will also require customers to subscribe to our monthly News Letters. If a participant does not wish to subscribe, the participant must write 'No' in the relevant competition ticket. This will not affect his or her participation in the draw.
- The prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable. There is no cash alternative.
- Haivenu UK Ltd. will arrange for the winning competitor's prize to be delivered to his or her address without cost to the winner. The Company cannot be held responsible for the recipient's absence during the delivery time. In such a situation, a further delivery will be at the recipient's costs.
- No responsibility can be accepted for any unforeseen variation of value of the prize.
- The camera's warranty will be the responsibility of the manufacturer, in this case, Nikkon.
- The Company shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs & expenses suffered sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential) as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with this promotion and/or its prize.
