Our brief comments:
 The Sunlight Hotel is located on a large area of reclaimed land designated for tourism and residential development.
At present, the hotel overlooks an area of empty plots, building sites and a few completed buildings. The sea is about 250m away, but the nearest place to swim is the artificial beach at Bai Chay.
