Dam San Hotel***
Our brief comments: 
The Dam San is located on a riverside site in the heart of Buon Ma Thuot City in Daklak Province, a short distance from Daklak's interesting Cultural Centre.
Apart from a few smaller hotels and guesthouses, it's the only accomodation in town. Despite its near monopoly, it's deserving of its 3-star status. 
The gardens are well-maintained and the pool is quite spiffy! Guest rooms are comfortable and a reasonable size. The restaurant is basic, but the food is OK and reasonably priced.
The growing popularity of Vietnam Central Highlands has encouged the hotel to expand - a further 18 rooms will be added in the near future.
